Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at UniformHolic. We take great pride in the quality, tailoring, and craftsmanship of our uniforms and cosplay apparel. Because our products include specialized clothing and intimate uniform sets, we maintain a transparent yet strict return and refund policy to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and fairness for all global customers.

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your package to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags attached, and in its complete original packaging.

Strict Hygiene & Usage Exceptions

Due to the personal and intimate nature of themed outfits, several types of goods are exempt from being returned once opened or tried on. We absolutely do not accept returns for:

  • Intimate apparel, crotchless sets, bodysuits, and lingerie items.
  • Hosiery, thigh-high stockings, socks, and garters.
  • Hair accessories, chokers, headpieces, or masks included in uniform sets.
  • Any items showing signs of cosmetic stains (perfume, makeup, deodorant), animal hair, or distinct odors.

*Items returned showing signs of being worn for social events, photoshoots, or conventions will be rejected immediately upon warehouse inspection.

Order Cancellations & Address Changes

To guarantee rapid dispatch, standard in-stock orders are typically packaged and transferred to international logistics carriers within 48 hours.

  • Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After processing or shipment, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • Address Modifications: If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us immediately. We can only process limited modifications within the original localized address range.
  • Changing Destination Countries: For security and merchant anti-fraud compliance, we cannot change the destination country of an existing order. If you need to ship to a different country, your current order must be canceled, and a new order must be placed with the correct details.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, you must contact our support team first:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your Order Number and clear photos of the items demonstrating they are in original packaging.
  2. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.

3. Return Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds and Processing

Once your return is received and meticulously inspected by our quality control warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (via Stripe or PayPal) within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's processing times.

5. Damages, Losses, and Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, significantly incorrect, or is officially confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, please contact us immediately with supporting evidence.

We will review the situation and provide a reasonable resolution, which may include a replacement item or refund depending on the specific case and product availability.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for transit delays or customs processing rests with the logistics provider and local authorities.
